Welcome to TROUVER. by booking and engaging in any of our Fashion Experiences, including Personal Shopping, Style Consulting, Fashion Academy workshops, Fashion Photo Shoots, or Fashion Strategies, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sales.

**Services Overview**
TROUVER offers a range of personalized fashion services tailored to the individual preferences of each client. These include:
- Personal Shopping
- Fashion Academy Experiences
- Fashion Photo Shoots
- Fashion Experiences
- Style Consulting
- Fashion Strategies
While services are customized to meet each client’s needs, we provide pre-defined pricing for reference. These prices may change according to the experience and client customizations.
1. **Booking & Cancellation Policies**
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment by the client.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, except for services involving private workshops, photoshoots, or museum tickets, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No-Show Policy: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued. However, if space and availability allow, the experience may be extended with an additional fee of 175€/hour.
2. **Payment Methods**
TROUVER Agency accepts the following payment methods in euros (€) only:
Bank Wire Transfer
Secured Payment Link with Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard)
3. **Additional Fees**
Sunday & Public Holiday Surcharge: +25% of the total service fee.
Rush Fee: +10% surcharge for bookings made less than 48 hours in advance.
Extended Hours: Any service exceeding the agreed-upon duration is subject to an additional fee of 175€/hour.
Transportation: driver or taxi costs are covered by the client but can be booked by TROUVER for you. Store locations are generally in vicinity but for more disperse store locations experience a driver is recommended especially if the client prefers not to walk.
4. **Force Majeure & Liabilities**
TROUVER Agency is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, government restrictions).
In case of service disruption due to third-party providers (e.g., venue closures, vendor cancellations), TROUVER Agency will attempt to offer alternative solutions, but is not responsible for third-party failures.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for their own punctuality. Delays or no-shows beyond 30 minutes will not be refunded, unless previously notified and agreed upon.
TROUVER Agency is not responsible for any damages caused by the client at third-party venues.
TROUVER Agency is not liable for any damages caused by third parties during the service.
