General Terms and Conditions of Sales

Welcome to TROUVER. by booking and engaging in any of our Fashion Experiences, including Personal Shopping, Style Consulting, Fashion Academy workshops, Fashion Photo Shoots, or Fashion Strategies, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sales.

**1. Services Overview**

TROUVER offers a range of personalized fashion services tailored to the individual preferences of each client. These include:

- Personal Shopping

- Style Consulting

- Fashion Academy Experiences

- Fashion Experiences

- Fashion Photo Shoots

- Fashion Strategies

While services are customized to meet each client’s needs, we provide pre-defined pricing for reference, outlined below. These prices may change according to the experience and client customizations.

**2. Pricing for Services**

The following prices apply to all TROUVER services unless specified otherwise:

- **1 Hour:** €200

- **4 Hours (Half-Day):** €750

- **7 Hours (Full Day):** €1,250

All services include a **30-minute free initial consultation**.


Transportation costs are covered by the client but can be arranged and booked by TROUVER upon request.

**3. Express or Follow-up Services Pricing**

Our express or follow-up services include wardrobe consultations, video calls, SMS exchanges, outfit validations, digital silhouette kits, sourcing, and more after the experience is over. This will be notified to the client before proceeding with the service and shall never be charged without notification first.

- **30-minute consultation:** €50

**4. Cancellation Policy**

Bookings are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least **48 hours before** the scheduled service. Any cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may apply under certain conditions at TROUVER’s discretion.

**5. Payment Terms & Surcharges**

-Sunday and Public Holidays: A 25% surcharge applies for services scheduled on these days.

-For Individual Clients: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

-For Companies: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% to be invoiced upon completion of the service.

**7. Additional Information**

- Any additional services or follow-ups beyond the initially agreed package will be subject to additional charges.

- Transportation, lodging, or any other external costs associated with the services are to be borne by the client, unless otherwise specified.
